Thank you for choosing to renew your annual HUG membership on-line.
HUG annual dues are only $195 per organization for 2008. This entitles you to:
- Access the members only section of this website, which includes the member database, discussion groups, and more detailed descriptions of conference sessions.
- Networking and sharing of information among thousands of SunGard Public Sector users.
- Access and participation in the Enhancement Request (ER) Process, which allows members to suggest and vote on enhancements to the SunGard Public Sector software.
- Receive reduced registration fee at the HUG Conference.
Below is the link that will take you to the Membership Renewal Form. Please be aware of the following:
- We have integrated the renewal process with the HUG Member Database. Information will be pulled from the database to reduce the information you need to fill out on the Membership Renewal Form. Please insure that your contact information is correct in the Member Database before proceeding. Click here to access the Member Database >>
- When you access the Membership Renewal Form you will be asked to enter your email address. This will allow the system to pull all available information from the database. The HUG Primary Contact for your organization is the email that should be entered.
- If you are unsure of who is listed as the HUG Primary Contact for your organization or your organization did not renew membership in 2007, please contact a member of the HUG Board. Click here to access the HUG Board of Directors >>
- After submitting your renewal, you will see an Invoice/Confirmation page that will show your contact information - please print this page for your records.
