To access the different parts of the Members Only area, you must be registered in the HUG Database. The HUG Contact for each member organization will be automatically entered into the HUG Database. Other users, from a member organization, can be entered into the database by the HUG Contact. Anyone needing assistance should contact a member of the HUG Board of Directors.
Once you have been authorized to the HUG Database you may access the following areas using the links on the left:
Member Database
A web database has been developed to help the HUG membership locate and share information. As mentioned above, only users from member organizations that have been set up in the database can access the database or any other part of the Members' Only area. For general information on how the database works, please open the following Power Point file {Database}.
User Library & File Share
The User Library is a service initiated by HUG to allow HUG Members to access and submit files (QREP definitions, Query definitions, policies and procedures) through the secure area of the HUG web site. This service is intended to make it easier for members to share documents that are useful.
Discussion Groups
HUG has discussion groups through several Listservs. The lists have a specific focus area based on SunGard HTE’s defined application groups.
The Listserv features archives that contain all HUG Listserv messages. The archives group contains the full messages by month and subject. The entire archives is sortable and searchable by Subject, Sender, and Date. Go to the HUG Archives >>
If you would like join a discussion group, leave a discussion group or change your e-mail address, please contact your organization's HUG representative or contact the webmaster@HUGInc.org.
Enhancement Requests All HTE user members can, and should, participate in the Enhancement Request (ER) process. This is the greatest, sole opportunity for all users to concurrently give SunGard Public Sector direction on the development of their/our applications.
Conference Presentations Presentations and notes from the previous year's HUG International Education Conference are available in the Members Only section.
