1.) Purchase Policy – Purchases are final. Shirts will be available for pick up at the conference registration desk. For more information or questions, please call the HUG Conference at 951-780-0144.
2.) “Purchase Update” – As you fill out the Purchase Form, the total will not update until you click on Purchase Update. You do not have to do this because the total will appear on the Invoice created when you click on Purchase. The Purchase Update option is provided for information only.
3.) Required Information – Some important tips:
- a. Name, organization, telephone, and e-mail are required.
- b. Advance through the Purchase form using the TAB key. Do not use the ENTER key as it will submit your purchase.
- c. Please turn off your Caps Lock before entering information.
- d. Please enter telephone and fax numbers the same as following example: 555-555-5555
4.) Payment Option:
- VISA or MasterCard Only. After pushing the SUBMIT button follow the instructions on the credit card page and when finished print the Payment Receipt which will appear on the screen. As part of the credit card processing, the name of the registrant will be pulled through to the "Customer ID" field at the credit card authorization site. The name of the person on the credit card must still be entered, even if the name is the same as the person ordering, along with the credit card number.
