SUGA Board of Directors Elections for 2009-2010 Information

Some advice when running for or deciding to run for a board position:

• Make sure that you care deeply for the organization.  You must be prepared to work and to see your role as a responsibility and a commitment of time and energy.
• Be open minded and reponsive to the needs of our members.
• Board service can be a gift to oneself.  It can return many times the value of what you have unselfishly given.
• Read the SUGA By Laws to ensure you understand the responsibilities of each board position.
